DESCRIPTION

Blondme Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ is a high performance powder lightener. This is the first powder lightener to provide up to 9 levels of lift on natural and coloured hair. It offers perfect neutralisation thanks to it’s antiyellowagents which directly target the pheomelanin in hair to avoid unwanted warm or yellow undertones.

HOW TO USE
Always use in combination with BLONDME® Premium Developers.
Mix 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 (Ex: 30g BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ and 4575 mL BLONDME Premium Developer).
OnScalp Application : BLONDME Premium Developer 2% (7 Vol.) or 6% (20 Vol.).
Application : BLONDME Premium Developer 9% (30 Vol.).
Apply to dry hair and let develop for 20 to 45 minutes.
Additional heat is not recommended.
Visually check progress during development time.

PROTIP
For gentle lightening and optimal time control, use BLONDME Premium Developer 2% (7 Vol.).
Check visually every 5 minutes.
